We begin with a personalized consultation to get to know your family—your values, routines, and the type of care that feels right for your home. This ensures our search is aligned with what truly matters to you.

3. Tailored Search
Once your consultation is complete, a $300 non-refundable search fee officially starts the process. Our team conducts a focused, high-quality recruitment search to identify experienced, trusted candidates who fit your family’s needs.

4. Interview & Selection
You’ll have the opportunity to interview top candidates and select the nanny who best complements your household.

5. Placement & Continued Support
Once your nanny is placed, a placement fee of 10–18% of the nanny’s annual salary (with a $2,500 minimum) is due. You’ll pay your nanny directly and continue to receive ongoing guidance, onboarding resources, and support from our team.

Nanny Hourly Rates

We work with both entry-level and experienced career nannies, allowing families to choose the right level of support for their household and budget. Rates vary depending on the state you live in.

• Entry-Level Nannies: $16–$25 per hour
  Entry-level nannies typically have babysitting or daycare experience but may be newer to working as a private household nanny.

• Experienced Career Nannies: $25+ per hour
  Experienced nannies generally have 3 or more years of professional household nanny experience and a proven record of providing long-term, high-quality care.
